COMMIS HOT KITCHEN
Requirements :
- Male, age max. 37 years old
- Exellence knowledge about western food
- Minimum 1 years in a well-known restaurant group or hotel. Knowledgeable of all aspects of kitchen operations
- Ability to speak and communicate effectively for groups of customers, guests, and, employees
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to interact closely with guests, staff, and management
- Should be highly creative and innovative
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to control food and labor costs.
- Will be based at BALI
